What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adjunct Faculty - Natural Sciences position at Middlesex College?
The Natural Sciences department at Middlesex College invites applications for part-time Adjunct Faculty Members to teach the following subjects during the 2024-2025 Academic Year:
- General Biology I and II
- General Chemistry
- General Physics
- Human Anatomy and Physiology I & II
- Introduction to Geology
- Organic Chemistry
- Principles of Microbiology
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree in the subject or a related discipline
- Experience teaching adult learners
- Subject matter expertise
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience teaching in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Canvas
- Experience teaching in higher education
