SUMMARY
The Integrated Brand Marketing Manager will lead and support marketing initiatives across a wide range of channels and functions for Middleby Outdoor brands. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role contributes to brand growth by connecting strategy to execution that span digital, content, social media and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate brings a curious, adaptable mindset and is comfortable moving between campaign planning, creative collaboration, channel coordination, and performance analysis. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role suited for a well-rounded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across teams, and is eager to contribute wherever the business needs them most.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand & Creative Execution
- Ensure all creative assets, packaging, marketing collateral, and consumer facing communications adhere to established brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and brand positioning
- Support the development and execution of product displays, packaging assets, point of sale materials, and branded merchandising elements across retail and ecommerce channels
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, product development, sales, and external vendors to deliver cohesive brand experiences
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution in partnership with key internal stakeholders across paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and Amazon, overseeing creative development, copywriting and keyword research.
- Own the creation and execution of email campaigns and automated lifecycle flows in Klaviyo, aligned with paid media initiatives, seasonal promotions, and retargeting strategies
- Build and refine segmented audiences to improve conversion, retention, and cross-channel revenue attribution
- Monitor performance across paid channels and identify optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and KPIs
Content, SEO & Influencer
- Write, edit, and publish SEO optimized web and blog content that supports both paid and organic growth
- Manage the content calendar in coordination with product launches, campaign moments, and seasonal priorities
- Lead influencer identification, outreach, and campaign coordination from briefing through reporting
- Oversee social media execution and amplify creator content across owned channels
Event Marketing
- Manage planning and execution of trade shows, brand activations, and retail events
- Drive pre- and post-event marketing across digital channels to maximize reach and lead capture
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure event leads are effectively nurtured and tracked
Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain cross-channel performance dashboards that provide a unified view of marketing effectiveness
- Lead attribution analysis and deliver regular reporting to senior stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI
- Translate data across channels into actionable insights that inform strategy, budget allocation, and optimization priorities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and cross-functional partners simultaneously
- Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through execution and reporting
- Proficiency in email marketing and marketing automation, preferably Klaviyo
- Experience writing and publishing SEO optimized content, with working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Familiarity with influencer marketing workflows, including briefing, coordination, and performance tracking
- Experience working with creative teams and external vendors to produce brand compliant marketing materials
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write compelling copy across channels
- Experience supporting or managing event marketing, trade shows, or brand activations is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated ownership across multiple channels and functions
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ideal candidate has industry related experience (outdoor products, big ticket durable items or enthusiast products)
- Demonstrated experience bringing new products to market

- Hybrid work in office environment (2 days a week in Chamblee, GA or Phenix City, AL office)
