Our team of cashiers are passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy daily interactions with people in our community.
The Cashier position involves fast-paced, detail-oriented processing of transactions with accuracy and efficiency at check out. They enjoy working with customers and a close team of staff. Cashiers provide information about becoming a member as well as store policies and procedures with a friendly welcoming attitude. There are occasional opportunities to assist in other departments based on the needs of the store including grocery, bulk, produce, and the deli.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Retail experience
- Strong communication skills
- Money handling experience
- Demonstrated efficient service experience with a high level of accuracy
- Flexibility when service priorities shift during the day
- Knowledge of natural foods with a desire to learn more
- Available to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays
