We are currently searching for a Summer Analyst Intern to join our Investment Management and Capital Markets Teams at our Corporate Headquarters in Vienna, VA.

Our Analyst Internship Program focuses on providing our participants the opportunities to collaborate with and learn directly from the Middleburg senior and executive leadership teams through our 8-10 week paid rotational program. The program is positioned within Investment Management and will be working directly with all of Middleburg’s business divisions including investments, capital markets, acquisitions, property management, and development.
This exceptional program provides broad hands-on exposure to several aspects of the Multifamily real estate industry at one of the region’s top-performing firms. You can expect that no two days will be the same and each day will provide a new opportunity to truly learn about all facets of our business and provide critical support.
Role Responsibilities Overview:
- Build financial models using Excel to evaluate historical & future data projections on financial performance for investment management team;
- Provide underwriting support for prospective acquisition & development ventures using excel models for investment strategy review;
- Create investment offering memorandums & assist in preparing investor presentations & reports for the capital markets team;
- Perform property due diligence & market research for the asset management team;
- Conduct comprehensive analysis on performance for critical operating activities like leasing & renewals to assist the property management teams.
