Provide a highly structured approach that relies on behavioral principles, which may include: oCreate and implement treatment and behavior plans, including social, cognitive, adaptive, and communication goals under the supervision of the BCBAoAssist students in generalizing learned skills within the general education settingsoImplement play plans and facilitate social interactions at unstructured times (recess, lunch, specials, etc.)oCollect data and graph as assignedSupport school staff, classroom teachers and paraprofessionals, including: oCollaborate and consult with special educator, general educator, paraprofessionals, coordinators, therapists and colleagues in the behavior departmentoGather/create/organize materials for educational programs, behavior charts, reinforcement systems, etc.

oApplied Behavior Analysis (under the supervision of the BCBA) including but not limited to discrete trial training, cold probe data collection, ABC data collectionoExperience supervising communication systems such as PECS and augmentative/alternative communication devices (AACs)oExperience with developmental assessments such as VBMAPP or ABLLSoExperience with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, social emotional and behavioral concerns, and/or other health issues and diagnosesoAbility to build trusting relationships with students and staffoStrong communication and organizational skills
