Job Overview
Middle TN Land Maintenance is looking for an experienced machine operator/laborer to join our team.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. This position includes operating heavy equipment, assisting with manual labor, and working alongside the crew on a variety of land management/property maintenance projects.

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, dozers, tractors, and other machinery
- Using equipment for land clearing, grading, excavation, bush hogging, forestry mulching and general site work
- Assist with tree and brush removal
- Perform manual labor as needed to support the crew
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient job site
- Load, unload, and secure equipment and materials
Qualifications
- Experience operating heavy equipment required
- Experience with land clearing, bush hogging, forestry mulching, grading, or property maintenance preferred
- Comfortable performing physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Safety-minded with respect for equipment and coworkers
- Motivated, dependable, and committed to quality work
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a crew
- Valid driver's license required
- CDL is a plus but not required

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
