Middle Tennessee Home Repair is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. We are looking for a professional technician who can diagnose problems accurately, make quality repairs, communicate clearly with customers, and manage service calls with minimal supervision.

Position Overview
The Appliance Repair Technician will diagnose, repair, and service major residential appliances in customers' homes throughout Middle Tennessee. This position requires strong troubleshooting ability, professional customer service, accurate documentation, and the ability to work independently.
We are not looking for someone who simply replaces parts until an appliance works. We want a technician who understands how appliances operate, can follow a logical diagnostic process, verify the cause of failure, and complete repairs correctly.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has previous professional appliance repair, field service, maintenance, or closely related experience. Candidates should have a solid understanding of electrical troubleshooting and be comfortable using a multimeter.
You should be able to arrive at a service call, listen to the customer's complaint, inspect the appliance, diagnose the problem systematically, determine the appropriate repair, document your findings, and communicate what is needed without constant supervision.
Experience with major brands such as Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, GE, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Samsung and LG is highly valuable.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
