Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals to residents, including special diets and requests
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Receive and stock inventory of food and supplies
Collaborate with dietary team to plan and prepare menus
Monitor and control food costs, waste, and inventory levels
Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and other staff members
