"I started Middle Path Counseling because I wanted clinicians to have a true W-2 opportunity without giving up the independence and professional autonomy that make this work meaningful.
Too often, therapists feel like they have to choose between working in a large agency with little flexibility or starting a private practice completely on their own. I wanted to create something in the middle—a place where clinicians receive the support, structure, referrals, and resources of a group practice while still having the autonomy to practice authentically.
As a specialty clinic, we know what we do well. We focus on evidence-based treatments like DBT and EMDR, and we're intentional about serving the clients who benefit most from our expertise.
If you're looking for a team that values collaboration, growth, accountability, and genuine support, we'd love to welcome you to Middle Path Counseling."
