Responsibilities
- Assisting the General Manager with daily administrative tasks
- Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, invoicing, and filing,
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, scheduling, and correspondence
- Provide customer service support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring positive interactions
- Handle administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing, and organizing office supplies
- Maintain organizational standards for filing systems and office procedures
- Support office management tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment role with clerical responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
