Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, detail-oriented and forward thinking Robotic Mowing Crew Lead to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our robotic lawn maintenance team. In this role, you will be a crew of 1 running our residential mowing division, responsible for maintaining high-quality landscaping and lawn care services using advanced robotic mowing technology. While the robotic mower takes care of the mowing, you will string trim, weed, blow off and monitor the robot's activity. Duties
- Monday through Thursday, the successful candidate will run our residential mowing division.
- For those residential properties that receive weekly service, you will arrive with an electric truck and mowing trailer, unload the robotic mower and allow it to start the mowing activity at the property. While the robot is mowing, you will string trim, blow off, weed and monitor the robot's operations.
- For those residential properties with an installed robotic mower, you will string trim and blow those properties off once every other week and perform routine maintenance on the robotic mower stationed at the property.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience leading landscaping or lawn care crews with a focus on efficiency and quality standards.
- Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or related fields.
- Familiarity with robotic mowing technology and comfort with technology (computers, smart phone apps, etc.) highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or technical issues with robotic landscaping equipment.
- Ability to communicate and converse with Clients in a professional manner leaving a positive impression of our Company.
