Some things a Host does:
- Greeting and seating guests
- Organizing waiting list and assigning pagers to guests
- Giving quote times & monitoring dining rooms/table status
- Maintaining courteous and efficient operation of dining rooms
- Point-Of-Sale computer operations
- Assisting in other tasks as needed
