Full Time Relationship Specialist I (Teller)

Midcoast Federal Credit Union is seeking friendly individuals to act as a full time Relationship Specialist I for our Thomaston branch. This role functions to expand and deepen member relationships through education of beneficial credit union products and services. Successful candidates must possess exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability maintain confidential information. The position includes a competitive hourly wage, paid holidays and paid time off, full benefits package, educational and advancement potential. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to other branches for training and support as needed.
Requirements:
A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal and sensitive nature. This role requires strong comprehension of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to fully support our members.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation is commensurate with experience, and a company-wide bonus program is available based upon Credit Union performance. Education & Skills:
High school or equivalent required.
