Internship Description
This is a hybrid, on site role for a marketing intern based in the los angeles, West Adams area. The position will support MCM's growing sponsorship and partnership pipeline. You'll work directly with leadership on outreach, deck development, and partner communications — getting real exposure to how a mission-driven cultural brand builds and sustains meaningful corporate relationships. Past brand partners include Red Bull, Rizos Curls, Vallarta Supermarkets, WSS, and adidas.

What You'll Do
• Research and identify potential brand partners and sponsors
• Support outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and direct communications
• Help maintain and update pitch decks, one-pagers, and partnership proposals
• Track leads, follow-ups, and partnership status in our pipeline
• Assist in recapping activations and preparing post-event partner reports
• Attend monthly mercado events and activations as needed

• Based in or able to commute to the Los Angeles area
