Job Title: Analyst (Leveraged Lending Team)

Reports To: Director

Job Description: The candidate will join the Leveraged Finance & Financial Sponsors underwriting team. He/she will focus on underwritings well as executing transactions. A strong candidate will have experience in analyzing leveraged lending transactions, building financial models, preparing projection case scenarios, conducting financial due diligence, and preparing initial deal review and credit memorandums.

Job Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in leveraged lending, investment banking, private equity, or accounting.
• Strong credit analysis skillset & meaningful underwriting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently, assuming a high level of responsibility and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
