Role Description
The Title Lead and Office Supervisor will oversee daily PennDOT Partner office operations and lead the title processing team to ensure accurate and efficient handling of vehicle title transactions. Responsibilities include managing title office operations, processing PA dealer title and salvage certificate applications, processing retail consumer title and registration applications, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, supporting title related administrative functions, and ensuring excellent customer service.
This is a full-time, on-site position located on-site in our casual Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office.

All applicants must possess a valid driver's license, pass a CLEAR background check and be legally employable (without sponsorship) in the US.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of title processing and understanding of vehicle registration and title regulations in Pennsylvania (Maryland and Delaware a plus).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills to manage processes and ensure smooth operations.
- Leadership skills to POSITIVELY mentor team members, along with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
- Customer service and communication skills for POSITIVELY interacting with members, vendors, and industry partners professionally.
- Experience in basic business bookkeeping a plus.
- Proficiency with office software and technology (ie: QuickBooks online, Excel, Google Docs, MS Office suite); prior experience with title management software (CVR, DotCentric, IMS) is a plus.
- Prior experience in an auto auction, dealership, messenger service or the Department of Transportation is preferred but not required.
This position has recently transitioned from a salaried to an hourly position. Compensation STARTING at $25/hour (with benefits available) based on relevant experience.
