Automotive Customer Service Coordinator
Midas Auto Service & Tires – Maryland ( Annapolis, Laurel, Pasadena, Wheaton)
Pay: $23.75 – $35.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week (includes most Saturdays)

Position Overview
As an Automotive Customer Service Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our customers and a key driver of store success. This role blends customer service, sales, and operations—handling appointments, building repair orders, and guiding customers through the service process from start to finish.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing position ideal for someone who can communicate clearly, stay organized, and confidently present service recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, online appointments, and walk-in customers
- Identify customer needs by asking the right questions and reviewing vehicle history
- Build and manage repair orders, estimates, and parts ordering
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers to ensure smooth workflow
- Present service recommendations and pricing options with confidence
- Obtain customer approvals and maintain accurate contact information
- Follow up on services, timelines, and customer satisfaction
- Promote service specials, financing options, and preventative maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house environment
Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service or sales experience required
- Automotive experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a high level of initiative
- Experience with RO Writer is a plus
