What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at Midas SAN ANTONIO 5535?
Our shop is growing, and we need the right person to grow with us. We seek a service writer with excellent customer service skills; automotive experience is a plus but optional. Several of the job responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Welcoming customers with a friendly attitude.
- Writing up work orders detailing the customer's requests and concerns.
- Create estimates and prioritize recommendations for the customers.
- Order parts for the work being completed.
- Educate customers on their vehicle needs and maintenance.
- Work closely with the technicians to meet the customers’ needs and complete the authorized work.
- Finalize and check out customers with world-class customer service!
