As a Manager in Training, you will learn all aspects of running a successful automotive service center, including:
- Customer service and relationship building

- Scheduling and shop workflow
- Following and executing company processes
- Inspecting vehicles and communicating recommendations to customers
- Managing daily sales and car-count goals
- Creating a positive, team-oriented shop environment
- Learning how to recruit, train, coach, and develop employees
- Working toward becoming a Midas Store Manager
