About the Role
Join our team of Product Implementation Trainers, helping hospital staff confidently adopt the company’s medication management technology, which combines an interactive cart and user-friendly software interface. You’ll receive full training before traveling to client sites to provide hands-on instruction and on-site support, guiding healthcare professionals in the proper use of the system during real-world workflows. What matters most is your professionalism, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete the training modules on the MidasVIEW™ cart.
- Attend internal training sessions (in-person and remote) to receive instruction and maintain readiness for product implementations.
- Conduct on-site training sessions for hospital staff responsible for medication waste handling and disposal.
- Ensure accurate training records by documenting the names and departments of trainees.
- Provide on-site implementation support, assisting hospital staff as they integrate the company’s medication management technology into their workflow and offering brief refreshers to ensure confident, consistent use.
- Provide feedback to leadership on improvement opportunities observed during training & support periods.

- Ideal for professionals with experience in healthcare, customer service, or training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED/TASC).
- Comfortable using basic digital tools (email, shared documents, scheduling platforms).
- Flexible and dependable with scheduling and assignments.
- Experience working in hospital, clinical settings, or healthcare related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or medical-related education.
- Prior healthcare experience — including roles such as nurse, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, medical assistant, technician, phlebotomist, or CNA.
- Experience training staff or implementing new technology in hospital environments.
- Familiarity with hospital medication workflows and EHR systems
