We are looking for a highly skilled master mechanic who is equally passionate about turning wrenches and training the next generation of technicians. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with diagnostics and repairs across a wide range of vehicles and the leadership skills to mentor the next generation of technicians.

- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicles
- Lead by example with efficient, high quality work and strong problem-solving
- Oversee and mentor junior technicians in day to day tasks
- Develop and implement training sessions, workshops and hands on demonstrations
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across the shop
- Assist with workflow management and ensure shop productivity goals are met
Qualifications:
- ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent experience
- 7 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in training, mentoring, or instructing others
- High level of personal integrity, accountability and teamwork
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
