Currently Midas in the Madison are is looking for good people who want to build a career. Automotive repair is a great area to be involved with as cars are the transportation staple of the world. Being able to help people when there car is broken and helping keep there vehicles safe for them and there families is always our top priority. As a front end person with us you will be the communication bridge between the guest and the technician. You may be thinking "I do not know anything about cars". When you work with us at Midas that is not an issue at all. We work with our employees to teach them that part of the job. What you will need is the ability to talk with our guests, have empathy and the drive to not have a job but build a career with a growing company.
Role of the position
As previously stated the Front end works directly with the guest, Greeting them, checking in there vehicle, Building estimates and then presenting them with the needed repairs. You will also be in a leadership roll of the shop using or learning your skills to run a successful auto repair facility.
Qualifications needed
Excellent communication is needed for this position. As well as talking with the guest you will be communicating with you counterpart and technicians. You will also need the Drive and want to build a long term career. I pride myself on working with people and helping them achieve there professional goals. However I can not help with that if you don't have any lol.
