- A proven sales-focused leader with 3 years of management experience in automotive service or retail.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and driven by measurable results.
- Confident and assertive — comfortable leading from the front and building teams that perform.
- Skilled at selling, coaching, problem-solving, and communicating clearly.
- Holds yourself and others accountable for execution, presentation, and consistent follow-through.
- Valid driver’s license required.
