Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of moderate to complex commercial loans.
- Seek and build new commercial relationships through proactive outreach.
- Analyze financial data, assess creditworthiness, and negotiate loan terms.
- Guide customers through loan processes, ensuring compliance with lending policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal regulations.
- Participate in community activities to enhance business opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage loan administrative staff.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5 years of progressive experience in commercial lending.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit principles, and loan structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal oriented with the ability to focus on a goal and obtain a pre-determined result
- Sales ability to gain acceptance of bank products and services.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.
