What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Laborer position at MIDA INDUSTRIES INC.?
We are seeking a skilled, reliable landscape laborer to join our growing company that will be responsible for providing services to our facility. In this position, you will be responsible for grounds, building and vehicle maintenance, operating and cleaning equipment, and following all site health and safety regulations. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. The candidate needs to be flexible with their schedule and willing to take on non-routine and special projects as the need arises, the job requires a lot of physical activity as well. The candidate must also possess the following characteristics:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Mow grass in assigned areas
- Use weedwhacker in assigned areas
- Use blower to clean walk ways and other areas as needed
- Brush hog all areas that are assigned
- Snow removal in assigned areas with appropriate equipment
- Any additional tasks as needed by the project manager, management, or client
- Changes can be made by project manager, supervisor, or client at anytime
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Resume Required
- Driver's Licenses Required
- Prefer the ability to drive a Kubota tractor
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 60 pounds
- Must be comfortable climbing up tall ladders, working at elevated levels
