We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction management team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting project planning, execution, and completion by coordinating various aspects of construction projects. Duties
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate project execution.
- Support construction estimating processes.
- Manage documentation related to contracts, change orders, and project correspondence.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and other industry-standard tools for project tracking and reporting.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.
- Assist in procurement activities by tracking materials and equipment needs aligned with project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures on-site.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to keep all parties informed of project developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience with construction site management or coordination roles.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, construction estimating, blueprint reading, contracts administration, and construction management principles.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with civil engineering concepts and construction site safety protocols.
- Ability to read technical schematics and interpret complex construction drawings.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: From $20.00 per hour
