Electrical Project Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction management team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting project planning, execution, and completion by coordinating various aspects of construction projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects within a dynamic environment. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to specifications.

Duties

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate project execution.
• Support construction estimating processes.
• Manage documentation related to contracts, change orders, and project correspondence.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and other industry-standard tools for project tracking and reporting.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Assist in procurement activities by tracking materials and equipment needs aligned with project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures on-site.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to keep all parties informed of project developments.

Requirements

• Proven experience with construction site management or coordination roles.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, construction estimating, blueprint reading, contracts administration, and construction management principles.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with civil engineering concepts and construction site safety protocols.
• Ability to read technical schematics and interpret complex construction drawings.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
