What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Escrow Processor position at Mid Valley Escrow?
- Assist Escrow Officer with residential escrow transactions
- Open and process files from start to closing
- Order payoffs, demands, HOA documents, and other required items
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies
- Prepare documents and maintain accurate escrow files
- Provide excellent customer service while meeting deadlines
- Minimum 2 years of California escrow processing experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple files
- Proficient with SMS Streamline software a plus but not required. Must know how to navigate Microsoft Office
- Receive 100% of your notary fees
