What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Medical Front Desk Receptionist position at Mid-Suffolk Neurology & Sleep?
Fast-paced Neurology practice in Ronkonkoma seeking a PART-TIME front desk receptionist. Applicants should be available to work approximately 25-32 hours per week (Monday through Thursday), including a late evening on Monday (until ~6:45pm).
The right candidate must be reliable, responsible, personable, and capable of working independently. Job responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, communicating with physicians, medical records, and general clerical duties to support office staff. Attention to detail is a must.
E-Clinical Works software experience is a plus and medical office experience is REQUIRED. Please do not apply if you do not have experience in a medical office.
