Mid-Step Services is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Residential Supervisor for an Intermediate Care Facility for persons with intellectual disabilities. This is a full-time position. We have openings for 2nd shift: 1:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. and 3rd shift: 9:30 p.m. - 5:30 a.m.
Mid-Step Services, a non-profit organization serving the needs of children and adults who have developmental disabilities.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, 6 months experience working with intellectually disabled individuals and clear driving record is required. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities include: coordinating and supervising the daily routine of staff and members at our Intermediate Care Facility, staff hiring, training, supervision, evaluations, scheduling and assigning programming functions.
