About the Role
The Project Manager leads with precision and purpose, driving planning and jobsite coordination to deliver world-class precast products. By collaborating with Production Supervisors, the Quality Team, Engineering, and Field Teams, they play a vital role in supporting our vision: to be the safest and most innovative precast building company in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Review drawings, addendums, specifications, scope, and contracts; collaborate with engineering and drafting firms; submit drawings in job information systems.
• Schedule productions, erection, field finishing, and coordinate trucking; work with erecting subcontractors on shipping sequences and load counts; review and update project schedules weekly.
• Conduct field checks before installation, including dimensions, access, and site readiness; proactively manage field installation for efficiency; address punch list items and quality issues promptly.
• Attend jobsite and special turnover meetings; conduct kickoff meetings with clients to establish as project point person; maintain relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects.
• Ensure client approval for change orders before work begins; follow up on customer approval and payment; coordinate site documentation (safety plans, material submittals, lift plans).
• Ensure compliance with Company safety procedures; complete required audits; follow through on repairs during and after erection.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• 3 years of project management experience in the construction industry
• 3 years supervisory experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and drive cost savings
• Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft office proficiency
