Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, patching , and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools.
- Maintain safety standards on construction sites by handling scaffolding, ladders, and other tools responsibly.
- Assist in remodeling projects by providing skilled painting services that meet client specifications and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction painting with a strong understanding of residential and commercial painting techniques.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, airless paint spraying equipment, (preferred).
- Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and efficient workflow management.
