We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator for a busy Oral Surgery office. Position is full-time, 35-40 hours per week. Ideal candidate would be kind and compassionate, have a willingness to learn, have excellent skills in multi-tasking, and be a team player. Dental or medical administration experience preferred but not required. Pay would be $18 - $20 an hour, depending on experience, with the potential of monthly bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments
- Determine out of pocket estimates, based on patient insurance benefits with both dental and medical, and explain them to the patients
- Authorize and schedule surgeries
