Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Support game day operations, including pre-game setup, in-game execution, and post-game breakdown.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for players, staff, and events (e.g., travel, housing, equipment).
- Contribute to community outreach initiatives, sponsor relations, and fan engagement activities.
- Assist with inventory management for merchandise, concessions, and team supplies.
- Provide support for sales and marketing efforts, including data entry and promotional material distribution.
- Handle general office duties, including managing correspondence, organizing files, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., marketing, social media, concessions) to ensure smooth operations.
- Undertake special projects as assigned by the General Manager, contributing to the team's strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
