Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing projects from start to finish. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and manage project teams.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Resolve project-related issues and problems.
- Close out projects upon completion.
- Purchase supplies and materials necessary to support assigned projects, ensuring alignment with budget expectations and project timelines; monitor order status and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports.
- Create drawings using SolidWords based on samples and/or sketches.
- Estimate jobs involving machining and welding.
Education:
- PMP certification preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to use project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- May require occasional travel to project sites or client locations.
