Mid Star Home Builders is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with a construction background to join our team. We specialize in building quality homes throughout Southern Michigan and Northern Indiana and are looking for team members who take pride in their workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential home construction from foundation through finish.
- Perform framing, siding, roofing, interior trim, and general carpentry tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Read and follow construction plans and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Work effectively with other crew members and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Previous residential or commercial construction experience preferred.
- Carpentry experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work outdoors in all seasons.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
