The Office Assistant is responsible for greeting individuals in person or by phone with courteous and timely responses and direct public and professional inquiries to the appropriate staff. The Office Assistant would provide a variety of general clerical support duties, which require a wide range of skills and knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school grad. Must be organized; have strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance. Proficiency with Microsoft products is required. Valid drivers license and auto insurance required. Work hours are traditional office hours (Monday through Friday). Office located in Cordova, TN. Salary is: $17 - $21 p/h.
