Office Manager, Rehab Therapy Department - 15 Hours Weekly

Mid South is hiring an Office Manager to work with our Rehab Therapy TEAM at two assisted living facilities in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
15 hours weekly, 3 hours daily, Monday through Friday.

Basic Function
The position provides clerical support for the Director of Rehabilitation and the Rehabilitation team at two assisted living facilities where our TEAM of therapist provide physical, occupational and speech therapy to patients. The position has regular contact with staff members, patients, and patients’ families.

Minimum of (1) year of clerical and computer experience required, preferably in a medical office setting
Insurance authorization and verification experience a PLUS
Experience with scheduling, scanning, fielding phone calls & filing
Organized and good with time-management
Excellent writing skills are required for emails, memos, etc.
