Office Manager, Rehab Therapy Department

Mid South is hiring an Office Manager to work full-time with our Rehab Therapy TEAM in the outpatient department at a local hospital in Cleveland, Mississippi.

Basic Function
The position provides clerical support for the Director of Rehabilitation and the Rehabilitation team at a local hospital where our TEAM of therapist provide physical, occupational and speech therapy to patients. The position has regular contact with staff members, patients, and patients’ families.

Minimum of (1) year of clerical and computer experience required, preferably in a medical office setting
Insurance authorization and verification experience a PLUS
Experience with scheduling, scanning, fielding phone calls & filing
Organized and good with time-management
Excellent writing skills are required for emails, memos, etc.
