Office Manager, Rehab Therapy Department - PRN
Madison, Mississippi
Mid South is hiring an Office Manager to work with our Rehab Therapy TEAM at a hospital in in Madison, Mississippi.
This position would consist of 6 consistent hours weekly. These hours can be worked on the same day of the week or split between 2 days.

Basic Function
The position provides clerical support for the Director of Rehabilitation and the Rehabilitation team at a local hospital where our TEAM of therapist provide physical, occupational and speech therapy to patients. The position has regular contact with staff members, patients, and patients’ families.

Qualifications:Welcoming and kind by nature
Minimum of (1) year of clerical and computer experience required, preferably in a medical office setting
Insurance authorization and verification experience a PLUS
Experience with scheduling, scanning, fielding phone calls & filing
Organized and good with time-management
Excellent writing skills are required for emails, memos, etc.
