Summary
Mid-South Motoplex's team is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join our vibrant powersports dealership in Clarksville. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our mission to be the top dealer in the region.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect powersports vehicles.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Upsell accessories and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and stock levels.
- Provide excellent customer service to foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals.
- Handle cash and perform basic math calculations efficiently.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to upsell and promote products effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
- Enthusiasm for powersports or related hobbies is preferred.
