Job Summary:We are seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Shift Technicians to join our maintenance team in our industrial manufacturing and packaging plants. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing downtime. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in production equipment.- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and perform repairs to minimize downtime.- Collaborate with production staff to implement maintenance schedules and ensure facility safety standards are met.- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation of work performed.- Assist in equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications as needed.- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.- Proven experience in an industrial maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment.- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of machinery and equipment.- Familiarity with maintenance management systems and documentation practices.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts.
