We're looking for a high-impact Parts Manager to take ownership of a multi-location parts business with significant untapped growth.
This is not a "keep things running" role—this is a build, optimize, and scale opportunity for someone who thinks like an owner and leads from the front.
You'll operate as the business leader for parts—driving performance across sales, operations, inventory, and customer experience—while partnering across service and equipment teams to create a seamless, best-in-class operation.

- Deliver fast, accurate, and reliable parts support
- Build strong customer relationships and trust

- 5–10 years in parts, distribution, or supply chain leadership
- Experience in HVAC, mechanical, or industrial distribution strongly preferred
- Proven track record of driving growth, improving operations, and leading teams
- Strong business acumen (pricing, margins, inventory, KPIs)
