Mid-Shore Council on Family Violence is looking for a reliable, organized, and compassionate Transportation Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in helping survivors and families safely access services, appointments, shelter, and other critical resources across our Mid-Shore communities.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and complete client transportation services using agency vehicles
- Ensure clients arrive safely and on time to appointments and services
- Conduct vehicle inspections and monitor vehicle safety
- Track vehicle usage, fuel, and maintenance needs
- Maintain transportation logs and daily documentation
- Coordinate transportation schedules with agency staff
- Assist clients with loading groceries, luggage, strollers, and car seats
- Ensure child safety seats are properly installed and meet safety standards
- Transport supplies and goods between agency offices as needed

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable communicating with clients and staff in a professional and compassionate manner
- Reliable and dependable with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage changing schedules
- Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Requirements
- Clean driving record required
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have reliable transportation for commuting
- Ability to travel throughout MSCFV service counties as needed
Compensation
$50,000-$52,000/year
