Duties

- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and proactive behavior management techniques to create a safe and respectful learning environment.

- Support students with diverse learning needs, including those requiring special education accommodations or working with individuals with autism.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and academic progress in compliance with school policies.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven classroom experience in early childhood education
