Pay & Financial Benefits
Average Gross Pay: $1,500 – $1,900 weekly
Payment Method: Weekly pay via direct deposit.
Bonuses: Eligible for a weekly performance bonus (and an additional $150 weekly bonus available after 60 days based on internal details).
Referral Program: Reward system for bringing in new drivers ($250 after 60 days; an additional $750 if they stay 6 months).

️ Route, Schedule, & Equipment
Home Time: Guaranteed home nightly.
Schedule Options: Choice of Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday (shifts run roughly 12–13 hours per day, typically Sunday–Friday).
The Route: All loads start in Weirton, WV, and deliver the same day. Most delivery points are within a 100-mile radius (longest runs around 450 miles).
Equipment: New, late-model Freightliner Cascadias equipped with Sirius XM Radio.
Job Stability: Year-round, predictable work with no slow seasons and no layoffs.
Candidate Requirements
Licensing: Valid CDL Class A license.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
Driving Record: Must have a clean and safe driving record.
Pneumatic Skills: No prior pneumatic experience required (company will train).
Professionalism: Strong professional attitude and reliability when working with customers.
