Job Title: Production Worker
Location: McConnelsville, OH
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Production Workers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery to produce high-quality products in a timely manner
- Inspect products for quality control, ensuring all specifications are met
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Assist with assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished products
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of production equipment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and production
- Assist with inventory control and stock handling
- Report any issues or potential hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required (we offer on-the-job training)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime if needed
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Use of hands and fingers to handle objects and operate machinery
