What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technician position at Mid Ohio Golf Car?
Desired Experience: At least 1 year with small engine, auto repair and maintenance experience is required.
Required Skills: Ability to be a self starter, able to diagnose repairs in the field, itemize work and communicate to customers. Experience trouble-shooting and repairing all aspects of both electric and gas vehicles.
Daily duties will consist of: Repairs to electric and gasoline golf cars. In shop and at golf course repair working environment. Diagnosing electrical component failures and making repairs or replacement and Installation of accessories and replacement parts including bodies, frames, electrical components, seats, suspension and tires. Reviews service orders and inspects vehicles accordingly for additional repairs or malfunctions by test driving or troubleshooting vehicle operation. Applies technical knowledge to diagnose cause of vehicle malfunctions. Performs repairs and maintenance service work requested in accordance with approved quality and efficiency standards. Completes vehicle inspections according to established procedures. Maintains work area in a clean and orderly manner to meet safety requirements determined by dealership and government agencies. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Other: Service Technician utilized company provided service vehicle to travel to golf courses to performance service and repair work. Must have clean driving record. Provides own tools.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
