Lead a Growing Restoration Company

Mid-Ohio Cleaning & Restoration is looking for an experienced, driven, and highly organized General Manager to lead our day-to-day operations. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building teams, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service.

As our General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including operations, sales, customer satisfaction, employee development, financial performance, and strategic growth. You will work closely with ownership to continue expanding one of the area's fastest-growing restoration companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily business operations
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees
• Oversee mitigation, reconstruction, and cleaning departments
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction from first call to project completion
• Monitor job profitability and company financial performance
• Review estimates, invoices, and job costs
• Establish and improve operational systems and processes
• Track company KPIs and production goals
• Build relationships with insurance professionals, adjusters, property managers, and referral partners
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and safety regulations
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, equipment, and inventory
• Drive business growth while maintaining exceptional service quality

Qualifications

• 5 years of management or leadership experience
• Restoration, construction, or service industry experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Financial and budgeting experience
• Ability to make decisions under pressure
• Experience managing multiple departments
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Experience

• Water damage restoration
• Insurance claims and estimating
• Xactimate experience
• IICRC Certifications (preferred but not required)
• Project management
• Sales and business development

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• Occasional evenings, weekends, and emergency response as business needs require
