- Mid-Ohio is seeking Mental Health Therapists to join our team. You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings. Applicants must have a LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, or LISW-S licensure.
Responsibilities: Behavioral Health Counselor Therapist
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
- Offer assistance to individuals with behavioral health issues
- Provide person centered-oriented therapy
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid license through the Ohio CSWFT Board
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields helpful
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
