About the Position
Mid-MO Moving is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized person to help manage incoming customer calls during our busy season.
You will often be the first person our customers speak with, so we're looking for someone who is professional, personable, confident on the phone, and able to communicate clearly.
This is a temporary seasonal position expected to run from October through December, with the possibility of continuing into January.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls
- Gather information about upcoming moves/installs
- Answer basic questions about our moving and lights services
- Schedule estimates and moving jobs
- Follow up with missed calls and potential customers
- Keep customer information and scheduling organized
- Communicate job details with our moving team
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly and confident phone communication
- Intelligent and smart
- Comfortable using a computer, texting, email, and scheduling software
- Able to communicate clearly with customers
- Customer service, receptionist, office, or sales experience is a plus
- Moving industry experience is not required
Pay
$17–$19/hour depending on experience
Schedule
Seasonal position from approximately October through December/January.
Exact hours can be discussed based on availability and business needs. Estimated to be 8am-4pm Monday-Friday. Saturday could be needed.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 45.0 per week
